Rezept für Kondensmilch-Sahnebrot

Bei Cooking Tree steht Kondensmilch-Cremebrot auf der Speisekarte und wir zeigen Ihnen, wie Sie es von Grund auf zubereiten können.

Ich habe Sahnebrot gemacht, indem ich Brot mit einem duftenden Butterduft mit Kondensmilchcreme gefüllt habe.
Backen Sie das Brot leicht und machen Sie einen Schlitz, sodass 6 Scheiben entstehen, und drücken Sie die Sahne dazwischen aus.

Wenn man die Sahne von außen nach innen auspresst, muss man sie meiner Meinung nach stärker ausdrücken, um eine hübsche Form zu erhalten~
Es ist frische Sahne mit Kondensmilch, daher ist sie herzhafter und aromatischer, also köstlich~^^

Sie können die Creme durch Ihre Lieblingscreme ersetzen, zum Beispiel durch Vanillepuddingcreme oder Frischkäsecreme.
Da das Wetter heutzutage kälter wird, kann die Gärung bei Zimmertemperatur lange dauern, deshalb lege ich sie auf 50 Grad warmes Wasser, um sie zu gären, aber es dauert weniger Zeit und die Gärung ist gut.

Es ist ein köstliches Cremebrot, das Stück für Stück Spaß macht.

Zutaten

  • 130g warme Milch
  • 5g Trockenhefe
  • 250g Brotmehl
  • 30g Zucker
  • 3g Salz
  • 1 Ei
  • 50 g ungesalzene Butter
  • 1 Eigelb + 10 g Milch
  • 200g Sahne
  • 50g Kondensmilch

Rezept Zubereitung

  1. Trockenhefe in die warme Milch geben und verrühren.
  2. Mehl, Zucker und Salz in einem Brotbackautomaten vermischen. Ei-Milch-Mischung dazugeben und etwa 10 Minuten kneten.
  3. Weiche, ungesalzene Butter hinzufügen und etwa 15 Minuten lang kneten, bis eine glatte Masse entsteht. Anschließend eine runde Form formen, in eine Schüssel geben und mit Frischhaltefolie abdecken.
  4. Geben Sie die Teigkugel in eine Schüssel mit etwa 50 Grad warmem Wasser und lassen Sie sie etwa 40 Minuten lang gären.
  5. Entfernen Sie das Gas aus dem fermentierten Teig und teilen Sie ihn in 4 Runden, decken Sie ihn ab und lassen Sie ihn etwa 15 Minuten lang gären.
  6. Lassen Sie das Gas ab, formen Sie daraus einen Kreis, legen Sie ihn auf die Backform, bedecken Sie ihn mit Frischhaltefolie und lassen Sie ihn gären, bis er sein Volumen verdoppelt hat (ca. 40 Minuten).
  7. Eigelb und Milch vermischen, auf den Teig geben, im auf 170 Grad vorgeheizten Ofen 18–20 Minuten backen und abkühlen lassen.
  8. Das abgekühlte Brot in 6 gleiche Teile schneiden.
  9. Kondensmilch zur Schlagsahne geben und fest aufschlagen, dann die Sahne zwischen die Brote füllen.
